When we have products with sales price set to 0, we get a "Contact us" button on the webshop product page, but when a product is out of stock we get a "Notify when back in stock" and "Save for later" buttons. We want the "Contact us" button to appear in both instances and we don't want the "Notify" button. We want products with sales price 0 and products that are out of stock to behave the same, we want customers to contact us to get a quote.
Is this possible?

It is possible but by coding there will be no configs set for this so you need to do add some code which will override the existing calling of the notify page and open the contact us page there too and then call the required codes which will send the data from the contact us form
