I could not backup database & duplicate database at site: http://erp.atpsoftware.vn/web/database/manager

I don't see database name, and when click backup button will be "Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application" with code 500.
Can you help me ?

Indeed, we need more info. Oh and a tip: set a master password before you publicly post an URL. I could easily lock you out of your own system now.
I didn't see in logs file have bugs related backup database.
