I have followed the instruction in this post,
https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/how-to-do-custom-forms-in-v8-website-62623. This seems not working with version 9. I tried the similar method in this post but all the additional fields were inserted in the "Note" field instead of desired fields (ie. value from the "street" field goes to the Note field instead).
Has anyone figured out how to do custom form in version 9?
