Hi,

Anyone have an idea of how can we change the default document series of openERP 7.

Eg:- I need to modify "Delivery Order" series from OUT/0001 to DN/0001 , Incoming Shipment from IN/00001 to DNI/0001 respectively .
Where do i customize my source code for these type of changes ?

Is there any configuration to attain this requirement?

Hello,

In stock/stock_sequence you have to change prefix vale like:

For Incoming Shipment :

<field name="prefix">IN/</field> to <field name="prefix">DIN/</field>

For Delivery Order :

<field name="prefix">OUT/</field> to <field name="prefix">DN/</field>

You can also do :

Go to settings -> Sequences & Identifiers -> Sequences

Find sequence for 'Picking IN' & 'Picking OUT' and change prefix value.
