Hello, so I'm in Chapter 8 of docs and having a difficulty on creating another submenu as well as the security. 

1.) Should I create another folder or is it okay to put it on the same folder where estate_property.py is? 

If then so, what should be my ir.model.access.csv looks like?


2.) How about the menu? I'm trying to copy this

I already created another xml file named: estate_property_type_views.xml
