Hi,
Well, you need to change approach. You can either sync databases and have everything on both instances, or, consider those as 2 separate solution and integrate those - create sync tool to copy needed things from one to another and vice versa.

- using XML-RPC (sent as Http request)
- using SQL Request (specifying the database name and the port)
