How shall I avoid search view for a particular model in OpenERP 7?

To avoid editing and deleting, one can put this into view xml:
<form string="Your string" edit="false" create="false" delete="false">
I am not sure it will work, but I would first try to do the same in views, just with
search="false"
That didn't work. I don't want search view for a particular model.
