how to activate the point of sales and website in the promotion in odoo

Dear Khaled,
Kindly note that if you installed website and point of sale go to general settings or module settings of Point of Sales and Website sale you can see the option to enable the promotions. After enable from the module settings it will automatically appear the above page and you can choose from the Available On field.
