Hi, I am trying to use Odoo Sales & Point of Sale module and I am unable to find out , how I can categorize customers into different groups. E.g. I want to categorize my customers by their age.
Customer>20 in Demographic Group1
Customer>50 in Demographic Group2

You can add categories to customers / supplier. You can define new category from Sales > Configuration > Partner Categories.
I use OpenErp 7, I don't have this menu ... Which version do you use? For me is in "Sales/Configuration/Adress Book/Partner Tags" (if "Technical Features" is checked)
