How do I reserve additional quantities for a sales order delivery in Odoo 16?

Question

Let's say I have made a sales order for a product consisting of 20 quantities.
However, the vendor delivered an additional 5 quantities, resulting in a total of 25 quantities in my inventory.
I am interested in reserving all 25 quantities within the same sales order, even though it was initially ordered for only 20 quantities.

Could you please assist me in determining if this is feasible in Odoo 16 or if there are any plugins available to achieve this? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes this is a business requirement.

Believe you might have to modify the demand which in turn updates the reserved quantity. This can be done by updating qty on the associated sale order.
System allows for picking more than demand, so validating pick operation in a multi-step route might move the product qty to different location, preventing future reservations in WH/Stock location. However, this might not update the reservation of product qty on subsequent operations (pack or delivery)
Is this a one time business need?
