Please,  I am writing to discuss some important features that I would like to know if odoo has that feature . Specifically, I would like to explore the possibility of integrating badges like bronze, silver, gold etc with special discounts associate with your badge, as well as providing customers with access to other documents through their portal.

1. Badges:

It would greatly benefit our business if Badges can be used to incentivize and reward our clients based on specific actions or achievements, such as making a certain number of purchases, referring new customers, or engaging with our products or services. These badges can be displayed on their customer profiles, creating a sense of accomplishment and fostering client loyalty.

2. Special Discounts:

To enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases, I would like to implement a system that offers special discounts to our clients associated with your badge. This could involve providing personalized discount codes or exclusive offers to customers who meet certain criteria, such as reaching a specific spending threshold or maintaining an active engagement with our brand. Having this functionality within our Odoo ERP would enable us to efficiently manage and track these special discounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

3. Customer Portal Document Access:

It would be highly beneficial for our customers to have access to important documents through their portal within the Odoo ERP. This could include invoices, receipts, contracts, product manuals, or any other relevant documents. By enabling customers to access and download these documents directly from their portal, we can enhance transparency and provide a convenient self-service option. Additionally, it would reduce administrative overhead by reducing the need for manual document distribution.
