I have a set of Receivables accounts that I can see on the Trial Balance. 


I need to track which Documents make the total I am seen? 


How can a trace the Balance of each account receivable to the documents that sum the amount I see?

Hi Garry:

If you click on the Accounts Receivable account in the Trial Balance and then select Journal Items in the 3 options that you see, you will be redirected to a view that lists all the Invoices that are a part of the Accounts Receivable balance. When you click on each of those Invoices, the corresponding Invoice document will be displayed on the right.
