Aftr applying some filters in the partners list, I have a list of partners that I would like to prospect. How can I directly create a list of leads from that list of partners ?

As far as I recall, you can't do this directly. A shortcut would be to export the list and create a new import CSV for the crm_lead object, using the partners as input.
That's the fastest route I can think of.
