Hide leads on one person from other team members

Question

I want to hide leads of one salesperson from other team-members.
However, the teamleader should be able to see leads.

User: Own Documents only - for salesperson
User: All documents for team leader

Hi,
You can change the access right of the salesperson to User: Own Document Only.
