Hello,


I'am using helpdesk and in the fields shown in every ticket there is the client's phone number. Instead of the client's phone I would like the display the mobile phone. How can I achieved that?

Moreover, in every contact, I would like to add a field for professional and private email.

Avez-vous l'abonnement custom ? ou standard ?
Si vous avez l'abonnement custom, il est possible de l'ajouter via Studio.
