Hi all,

how in object, when new ticket is created nothing going notify. I'm only members of a teams. I configured the alias to an specific email for open ticket in the right teams and work great but not notify me any open/creation ticket. I'm follower of team.


this is the module:

Helpdesk Management

version: 14.0.1.8.0

I will update to version: 14.0.1.9.0

but nothing changed
