Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue on my website where the "thank you" page that should appear after submitting a ticket has disappeared. After a ticket is submitted, no confirmation or thank you message is displayed, which is causing confusion for users.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to fix it? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Check the Form's Redirect URL

Review Website Settings

Check for Custom Code or Custom Modules

Inspect the Page in the Website Builder

Check Server Logs

Clear Cache and Update Modules
