How can we issue the goods/consumable product from our stock/inventory to the employee/internal user for official consumption? Eg: We purchased 10 pens and it is a consumable product for us. Whenever the user requests the pen then the stock in charge should issue the pen to the particular user. 

How can we do that in Odoo? I am using odoo14
