My current non Odoo software gives me the ability to record job notes that stay with the job, and can be referred to later.
Such as equipment brought in, phone calls in and out related to the job, things customer may have mentioned after the job was started, anything at all.
It also automatically creates a time/date stamp, so I can see when the note was added.
Can I do this in Odoo & where?

I feel it is difficult to get simple answers regarding Odoo, before purchasing.
My earlier query was straight forward, yet no-one appears to know the answer (I was told Odoo staff frequent these forums). Surely I would not be the first user planning to use this in a service environment and having the need to make notes for each job/invoice.
Sales are keen to get me to sign up, and even have me sell/recommend to other users, but I need to determine if Odoo will do what I need before any of that happens. 'The horse has to come before the cart'.
To post example images here to make what I am seeking clearer, requires Karma points - seems like stupidity. It should not be a privilege to post images on a support forum.
