I have a problem with sending mail from Odoo 14 15 and 16 with the remote server configuration with a profession server (Local server and not gmail). The test works well but to send an email I have the error below. But with Gmail everything works fine

SMTPSenderRefused: 501
: sender address must contain a domain

And yet the address entered is indeed contact@gmail.com. I don't know where the sign (") comes from before @
