I need to configure " Exchange Difference gain loss" journal in the Accounting settings
but concerned form setup not available in accounting settings . please help me out to find to
activate again if it is possible ,

You need to have more than 1 active currency to view the Exchange difference accounts in settings
thank you jaideep for your answer which is absolutely correct and agree with you. i have activated two currencies for both local and foreign POs . when i am trying register the payment of foreign vendor bill error message was appearing as "exchange difference gain loss not configured in settings " but we cant see such a setup to fill my related acts in general settings
You need to provide the gain/loss accounts in Accounting > settings not in general settings
even in the accounts settings it was not available I do not now how come it was not
In Accounting > Settings it is in Default Accounts section. Do ensure more than 1 currency is active to be able to view.
i dont have default accounts section in my accounting settings .
please guide my how to enable it in my accounting settings
that was my main issue
Which version of Odoo are you on?
odoo 15
Be sure that more than 1 currencies are active to be able to view the section
If this isn't the issue, then it could have to do with country localization check in app and maybe check for upgrade
