Hello community,


I'm quite newbies to Odoo and I'm facing an error referring to another journal entries when trying to import. Do understand why Oddo is doind that ?


Can't post a printscreen (low karma) so i'll try to explain


I'm trying to Import journal entry in journal_ID : Factures Clients and system error refers to an already posted entry in another journal entry : OD2


Error is in french :


Le fichier contient des erreurs bloquantes (voir ci-dessous)

Vous ne pouvez pas effectuer cette modification sur une pièce comptable rapprochée. Vous pouvez simplement modifier certains champs non légaux ou vous devez d'abord annuler le rapprochement. Pièce comptable (id): OD2/2024/01/0001 (7808) à plusieurs lignes


I'm a bit confused, is this a bug ? I have no reference to a OD2 Journal / OD2/2024/01/0001 document in my excll wich i quite simple....

like this :

VEN/2024/00001

VEN is journal code/year/1st entry

HI,
Do you have column id or external id in the file you are importing ? If yes remove the column and try to import.

If you have id or external id in the sheet, you are trying to update an existing entry rather than creating a new one.
