I get "There is no print report on the gift card program and your pos is set to print them." when I attempt to open a POS session.  I've been unable to find where the setting that effects this condition and it does not let me open the POS session without resolving this condition.


Any suggestion on what setting needs to be adjusted?

Go to Point of Sale → Configuration → Gift Card Programs, open your gift card program, and check the Print Report setting. Either enable and assign a valid report template or disable the Print Gift Card option under POS → Configuration → Point of Sale → Features. Then save and reload the POS session. This resolves the missing print report error.

Go to TVP > Settings > Gift cards and e-wallet :
There should be an option called:"print inform". You have to select at least one option here to avoid the error.
