Hallo Guys, 


we are using Odoo 17 and I have some issues with the Mail. I successfully added our company Mails. I can send and receive them without any problem. 

What my problem is, that when I send the mail the sender is e.q. Test1@companyname.odoo.com I guess this is the Alias which I have activated in the settings and when I try to change it I can not receive any Mail. 


My second problem is, that there is no notification in odoo if I receive a Mail. 


Would be great if somebody could help me out

Hello,

It seems there may be some issues with the configuration of the email server or alias. Review once. To receive the notifications on incoming emails you have to modify work flow.
