I see several apps allowing to generate XML files for SEPA Direct Debit ("Account Banking SEPA Direct Debit" for example).
All of them are Community's app. Is it possible to deploy a community app on Odoo SaaS. If not, does Odoo SaaS support SEPA Direct Debit XML creation ?

i hope you'll receive an answer from Odoo.
But as far as i know, there is indeed some community modules to generate that kind of xml, but nothing similar available on Saas version.
Btw, no you can't install community module on a SaaS instance.
