Is there a way to configure a document layout (even with debug) to fit a pre printed receipt? This already has header/footer and all information.
And also, how to make the logo smaller in the layout, remove unnecessary lines, minimize negative space in the layout?

Yes, been there done that by meticulously tinkering with the css and the html code and the printer. Sometimes it looks good on the pdf but then off on the printer.
