(Odoo v. 14, Enterprise)

We issue numerous quotations for the same client, on a frequent basis.  Quite often we want to refer back to Quotations/Sales Orders.  When I look at Sales Orders, however, the information might look something like this:

Number, Order Date, Customer, Salesperson, Next Activity, Company, Total, Invoice Status

S00076, 11/02/2021, Company ABC, ....

S00075, 11/02/2021, Company ABC, ...

S00074, 11/02/2021, Company ABC, ... (and so on)

I know that there are the three periods where you can add/delete displayed fields but what I'm trying to do is to have at least a project name or other short description in a field that can be displayed so that I can distinguish one quotation from another, without having to open them up one-by-one.  So far, the Tags field seems to be my only option.  If I could see, say, the Customer Reference field it would be much more helpful.

Has anyone come up with a simple solution for this (I can't believe that I'm the only one that finds this less than optimal)?  I'd prefer not to have to get into customization.
