I would like to have a link to each customer on my mass mailing page - so I when I'm viewing who has replied to my emails, I can click a link, and it will navigate to their contact page so I can view their reply.. instead of having to exit the mass mailing app to view the reply.

I copied this (below) out of the contacts app, but this goes to the parent company.. or "commercial entity" as they call it here. How would I make it make navigate directly to the contact whether they have a parent company or not, like "open_contact_entity" ?
