Don't use an ID.
models.execute_kw(db, uid, password, 'res.partner', 'unlink', [[]])Why [[]] instead of []?
search_ids = models.execute_kw(db, uid, password, 'res.partner', 'search', [])
models.execute_kw(db, uid, password, 'res.partner', 'unlink', search_ids)
