I would like creating a lead when a customer replied to a email that I had sent as mass mailing, may it be? I have been looking automatic actions but I don't know how do it.

You can do this by using the alias/email address of sales team as a reply address of the mass mails you sent. In order to create leads from incoming email, you also need to activate the "Create lead" option through settings in CRM app.
