Is it possible in the odoo saas version to connect an api to delivery management services like https://www.boxtal.com/ so that this goes back to the sales module?

I use Make to do this.
First : a webhook in Odoo generate a call to the API and the result of this call is sending back to Odoo with an API

You can try with the webhook (automated action) and see if you can do something with it.
