Step 1: Choose the Odoo Model

1. Go to Odoo → Automated Actions 

2. In the Model field, choose the model where you want to store your form data.

   • Example: Contacts for contact forms, Leads for sales inquiries, etc.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

1. In the Trigger dropdown, select On Webhook .

   • This ensures the action runs when Odoo receives a webhook from your website.

Step 3: Add the Webhook URL

1. Copy your webhook URL from Odoo. It looks like this:

1. In your WordPress HTML form, set the action to this webhook URL and the method to POST .
