Hello Guys!

I just wanted to change a few things in the live chat send conversation mail Template.

For more clearly when we end our LiveChat conversation there is an option where we can receive the mail about the conversation as a copy.
But in that mail, I am getting the wrong date and time.

That's what I wanted to change.

Wrong date and time could be the cause of wrong timezone configuration for the users: You can change it in the Users form preferences tab. Change the timezone for an OdooBot(an archived user) user too, which you see when select Archived Users filter in the search view.

Thanks for the idea, Do you know where I can configure the DateTime zones etc? From the backend code or there is any options in the frontend?

1. Activate Developer Mode
2. Goto User form
3. Click on the Preferences Tab, there you will see timezone field

Do it for OdooBot user too, which is mostly archived.
