how can I change the position of the logo to appear in the left menu, appears above it in the white (left of main menu and top of left menu) space on this image

For this fact, you need to go to addons/web/views/webclient_templates.xml.
Manage to handle the position of logo by handling the inheritance of templates called web.menu and web.menu_secondary.
