In customer page, Can I change the button label from "create" to "ِadd customer" for example in developer mode

As far as I know, if you change "create" to anything it will be changed everywhere.
However if I'm wrong I would love to do it in my system as well. ;)
If it is possible to change it's description from "Create" to the name required dynamically it would be just great.
