I wonder if there is a module for BPM that works different from workflow and more like ProcessMaker or Bonitasoft. I also wonder if workflow enable alerts for users, and finally how can managers evaluate the process of individuals on their activities.

Example: Need: Evaluate performance of employees at work, and be able to tell on which stage of the process the employee is. Process have 3 stages:

  • contact leads
  • send quotes
  • receive orders

Manager: - Evaluate realtime evolution in the process - Have control of the process being completed by the team - Get custom alerts on each stage of the process

You can surely manage this by using server actions, email templates and automated actions with the help of schedulers.

Additionally, we are working on OpenERP-Bonitasoft integration too.
