Hi, I'm using Odoo 13 and in CRM pipeline, there is a probability (Estimated by Odoo).

I wonder how they calculate it, I know they use Naive Bayes classifier and Predictive Lead Scoring but it's still vague to me. Could anyone please explain it?

In crm>configuration there is  a field with label Predictive lead scoring and here you mention all the fields based on which it should calculate probability. For example if you mention country field there then it must check the locality of your odoo system and the country related to your oppurtunity and based on that it will calculate probability. Basically it use historical and activity data of the customer to predict a value.

Can we add other fields than those already presented by Odoo to calculate this probability? Because I tried to add some fields but it does not accept them.

Hi i.samiry@enim.ac.ma, did you have a look into: Settings > menu Technical > System Parameters > look for the Key "crm.pls_fields"
This is where the probability fields are listed.
