Hello Odoo Community,

I have been using Odoo 11 Community for a while and now I am testing Odoo 18 Community to start a fresh installation for our 2024 transactions.

One great thing about Odoo 11 Community is that I can create Bank Statements manually and reconcile from there my transactions to its corresponding account.

Right now, I can't find that option on v18 Community. Is it hiding somewhere? Is there any other way to deal with this now? I read a post where you have to "reconcile" and create the bank statement from there, but even when trying to add transactions I cannot manage to have a statement created.

That functionality was removed in version 16, and the community replacement hasn't been updated for 18.  There's a few threads on it here.  I've spent the last week working to find a solution, unsuccessfully.

The best workaround I found was to use Tryton.
