We are using Odoo V17.0. We recently received an email with 400 contacts in CC through our ticketing system, which resulted in all 400 contacts being added to our contact database and as followers in the chatter. I would like to prevent such a situation from happening again by not automatically adding CC recipients as followers. How can I achieve this?
