I want to create a model holds same data as shown in the chatter when create or update in any document in odoo. the reason is that I want to make a full excel report holding the required data:
user - date - field name - operation - old field value - new field value.
How can I fetch the values shown in the chatter to make them visible in the report I want to make?
I am using odoo version 15.

I tried it but the log shown is hard to be read because I have plenty one2many fields in the model. So I need to make a more readable log for auditing
