Step 1: Create the Survey

1. Navigate to Surveys.
2. Click Create to initiate a new survey.
3. Fill in the survey details such as Title, Description, and Responsible.
4. Under the Options tab:
   • Set Access Mode to Anyone with a link or Require Login, depending on your preference.
   • Ensure the Is a Certification option is unchecked.
   • Configure other settings like Attempts Limit and Time Limit as needed.

Step 2: Add Questions to the Survey

1. Within the survey creation window, go to the Questions tab.
2. Click Add a line to create each question.
3. For each question, specify the Question Type (e.g., Multiple Choice, True/False, etc.).
4. If you wish to score the survey, enable Scoring and assign points to each answer.
5. Repeat the process to add all desired questions.

Step 3: Create or Edit the eLearning Course

1. Navigate to eLearning > Courses.
2. Click Create to start a new course or select an existing course to edit.
3. In the Content tab, click Add Content.
4. Choose Survey as the content type.
5. Select the survey you created earlier.
6. Optionally, set a Passing Score and configure Karma Points to reward participants upon completion.

Step 4: Publish the Course

1. After adding the survey, go to the Options tab of the course.
2. Ensure that the course is set to Published.
3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 5: Test the Integration

1. Navigate to the course's public URL.
2. Enroll as a participant.
3. Access the course content and complete the survey.
4. Verify that the survey functions as intended and that no certification is issued upon completion.
