I have this business case to solve!
The company for which I'm implementing the attendance and planning application has an alternate working schedule.
In a single month employees have to come first and the third week(Monday to Friday) of the month's timing is 8 am to 5 am. Another week 2nd and 4th will be like (Monday to Saturday) but Saturday is half a day. and if there is the fifth week in a month then the user has to come full day
Odoo's Flow: Odoo's working schedule is like 52 weeks means if we create 2 weeks working schedule then it will work like 1st, 3rd, 5th,7th or like 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th.
But in my company, it's reset every month.
How can I configure this in Odoo? 🤔
In short: Odoo will work like 1st week, 3rd week, 5th week, and so on. but what if a company rest week every month like in the same month they follow 1 and 3rd Saturday holiday. if there are 5 weeks in a month then even they only give leave on the 1st and 3rd Saturday. How will this work?
