Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
my Linux Ubuntu 18.04 had problems with the hard drive, status was write-protected file system!
Hard disk was replaced and the backup was restored.
Ubuntu or odoo was not NEW installed!
Since then I have had the "Internal Server Error" when trying to log into odoo. Even when I create a new database or restore a database.

I have access to postgres, through gpadmin3 and psql.
Computer has already restarted, odoo and postgres stopped and started manually.
where is the problem?
I suspect it is because of odoo, because I get the same error when I restore the database to another system!

The solution was to install Ubuntu 20.04 on new computer. Odoo 13 CE installed and missing modules copied to the computer.
Restore the database after cphhr_test.
Then update all modules with the following command
sudo -u odoo /opt/odoo/odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo.conf -d cphhr_test -u all
This takes several hours because the computer is not that fast.
Intel Pentium with 8GB RAM.
The adjustments in the lists / views had to be carried out again.
Since then the system has been running without any problems
