We have migrated to Odoo16.
We have configured 4 different alerts in subscription in which some are on stage dependent, and some are on another trigger. Odoo is not sending any email depending on these alerts.
In Odoo15 we use to send the emails by automated Actions where we created all these 4 alerts and emails to my subscription customers were going perfectly fine. I am not sure why automated action and alerts are now not sending any emails.
Can anyone help me in knowing why these emails have stopped.
