May I know where can I modify the description of the first column of Trial Balance?

Are you using the enterprise ? if you are using community edition, which third party module are you using

may i know which module you are using? then only i can try answer little more specific. Else what i can say is that, inherit the corresponding report template and make necessary changes
its okay now, I found out that they modify the original module.
