In the lively center of Riyadh, a shared passion for real sourdough sparked a unique collaboration. An Italian Masterchef and a Saudi visionary teamed up to introduce the true taste of sourdough to the entire Kingdom, giving rise to Riyadh’s first sourdough-specialized bakery.

Since those early days, our ovens have consistently produced authentic sourdoughs, carefully cold fermented in-house to share the genuine taste & healthier version of bread that warms the hearts of people across the Kingdom.
