TARO
Taro Bakery & Coffee Bar is a growing food and beverage brand in Qatar, operating multiple café and bakery branches across the country. TAQAT for Technology implemented Odoo Point of Sale across more than six branches, enabling standardized sales operations, centralized control, and smoother daily transaction management across all outlets.
As Taro produces many of its own bakery and coffee-related products, the implementation also included the Manufacturing module to support product recipes, production processes, and internal operational control. Inventory management was configured to help track stock movements, manage branch-level availability, and support better coordination between production, storage, and sales locations.
In addition, the solution covered consignment-related operations for selected branches, allowing Taro to properly manage invoicing and financial tracking for products supplied to those branches. The implementation also included user training for key departments, including accountants, POS users, inventory users, and the General Manager, ensuring that each team could confidently use the system according to their role and daily responsibilities.
Overall, the project helped Taro Bakery & Coffee Bar improve operational visibility, streamline branch sales, manage production and inventory more effectively, and strengthen internal control across its expanding business operations.
