在說到「MADNESS」之前，我們不得不先來聊聊被視為其前身的「CMSS（COMMON SENSE）」。嚴格說起來，比起 MADNESS，CMSS 就像一個喜愛潮流、對於任何新事物都充滿好奇的小男孩，在合作上不自我設限，而余文樂也曾這樣形容過 CMSS：「我樂於做自己喜歡的事情，在工作之餘也有一些趣味。」因此對他來說 CMSS 之於一支品牌，反而更像聯乘企劃和文化分享，當然，這也是 CMSS 的初衷。 Finances/assegurances

Door de groei van hun klantenbestand werd het steeds moeilijker om serviceaanvragen, planning, interventies en facturatie efficiënt te beheren in verschillende tools.Rezolv hielp CNC Tech bij de overstap naar Odoo als centraal ERP-systeem. We begonnen met een procesanalyse om hun volledige serviceflow in kaart te brengen, van interventiemeldingen tot rapportering en facturatie. Vervolgens werd Odoo ingericht als één geïntegreerde oplossing die planning, voorraad, werkbonnen, interventies en financiële opvolging samenbrengt.
