The beginnings of the company and brand peha® date back more than 20 years. It all started in the 'Schwabenländle', i.e. in the tranquil south of Germany and in the north of Baden-Württemberg. As an experienced and competent man from the packaging industry, Peter Hagmann wanted to master the challenges and demands of his own company. peha® was created from Peter Hagmann's initials.Through close communication and partnerships with small and medium-sized companies, the peha® range has been continuously expanded and specialized in various areas. In close cooperation with customers, numerous new product groups were created through problem solving, which we market consistently. In addition to the original packaging and organization materials, more and more niche products were added for the furniture trade, interior design and furniture/moving logistics. The constant constructive dialogue with our customers has resulted in many special products and custom-made products that are only available exclusively from peha®.
In 2012 we decided to extend our sales policy, which had previously been limited to trade and industry, to include you as end customers. We wanted to give private end customers the opportunity to purchase the same top products as their furniture specialist. Top quality at a fair price from predominantly German and European production. In 2019, a commercial property was acquired from the municipality of Neudenau/Heilbronn district. In 15 months of construction, a new logistics center was built on this site in an environmentally friendly set-up.
Since 2020, peha Hagmann GmbH and peha-bestgliders GmbH have entered the second generation with the two additional managing directors and co-partners Sebastian and Tobias Hagmann. Numerous impulses and innovations have already come from this new setup.
The company GERGEL® was founded over 30 years ago and had the product focus “distinguish + inform + advertise + sell”. The majority of GERGEL® customers come from the furniture, bicycle, electrical and do-it-yourself retail sectors. After internal coordination and review of the situation, the company management decided to take this step and took over the entire GERGEL® range, the registered GERGEL® brand, on October 1, 2022 and has been supplying the customer base with GERGEL® products to mutual satisfaction ever since.
