QANDIL was founded in Stockholm, in 1991 as a Swedish not-for-profit, non-governmental humanitarian aid organization. Olap Digital Solutions delivered a full Odoo ERP implementation for Sweets Markets Trading, covering the entire supply chain from purchasing to sales. The project included advanced inventory management with multi-units, custom barcodes, batch and expiry tracking, and automated FEFO rules. We implemented POS fully integrated with stock and accounting, along with VAT-ready financial workflows and smart price lists. The solution addressed key challenges such as high stock turnover, complex product variations, and strict expiry controls. With customized dashboards, automated replenishment, and streamlined workflows, the client now operates with real-time visibility, faster operations, and full control over product lifecycle and profitability. Sweet Pea LLC
As a growing e-commerce company with a Shopify storefront, operational efficiency and reporting was a critical issue. The company operated with fragmented and manual processes controlling online, consignment and trade sales, disconnected stock management, and accounting. Processes operated under poor integration of workflows supported by excels and to manage stock, warehousing with no connection to accounting. This affected operational efficiency, customer orders and provided limited business performance reporting.Our solution included the implementation of Odoo 14 with multi-warehouse requirements fully integrated to Shopify and third-party external warehouse operations. This created a seamless process for an external logistics company with Odoo acting as the master data controller and process driver to unify operational process flows and reporting for all channels including online, B2B, and consignment sales. This enhanced reporting including product margin and sales performance, optimizing ordering, and setting up stock relationships with alerting for stock levels and ordering to minimize cashflow issues and increase the availability of fast-moving items. In addition, the solution enables configurable P&Ls and dashboards for operational & management reporting. We delivered this as a 3-month project delivered in 4 sprints with full training and support.
The client realized a solution that provided real-time financial and performance management reporting with minimal manual interactions connecting sales to shipping processes synchronizing master and operational data across Shopify online and external parties. The accounting was compliant with the UAE FTA requirements for accurate tax reporting.
